AmigaOS 4.0 - About OS4 - Commands

RX ARexx
Purpose: Launches an ARexx program.
Format: RX name [arguments]
Template: (none)
Path: C:RX
RX launches an ARexx program. If the specified name includes an explicit path, only that directory is searched for the program; otherwise, the current directory and REXX: are checked for a program with the given name. The optional argument string is passed to the program.

Example 1:

3.OS4:> RX SYS:Examples/Rexxdemo RX launches ARexx program Rexxdemo from SYS:Examples.

Example 2:

3.OS4:> RX Rexxdemo a,b,c RX launches ARexx program Rexxdemo from either current library or REXX: and passes parameters a,b,c.
