AmigaOS 4.0 - About OS4 - Commands

LAB Internal
Purpose: To specify a label in a script file.
Format: LAB [<string>]
Template: (none)
Path: Internal
LAB is used in scripts to define a label that is looked for by the SKIP command. The label <string> may be of any length, but must be alphanumeric. No symbols are allowed. If the <string> contains spaces, it must be enclosed in quotes.

Example 1:

LAB ENDOFVALIDATION Here a skip-to point is labelled without spaces.

Example 2:

LAB "END OF VALIDATION" Here a skip-to point is labelled with spaces.
