AmigaOS 4.0 - About OS4 - Commands
||To count how many lines a file is made of.
COUNTLINES will count the number of lines of the file(s) given in <filename> argument(s).
If several <filename> arguments are given, a sum of all line counts will be returned.
3.OS4:> COUNTLINES File1
counts the number of lines in File1.
3.OS4:> COUNTLINES File1 File2 File3
counts the number of lines in File1, File2 and File3 and displays the sum.
